As of April 1, there were 327 people listed as Clark County inmates by the state Department of Corrections website. There are five more inmates in the state prison system compared to March numbers. The inmates are distributed among several institutions across the state.
The total includes 308 men and 19 women. There are 162 black inmates, 160 white inmates, and five of other races.
Photos are included when available. The following Clark County inmates have a parole- or transfer-eligible date this month, although there are several factors that could affect any individual release for months or years.

Corey L. Blevins, 48, is serving a three-year sentence at the Ouachita River Correctional Facility in Malvern. Blevins was convicted in 2023 in Garland County on charges of robbery, second-degree battery and aggravated assault. Blevins was convicted in Clark County in 1995 for possession or delivery of a controlled substance. He becomes eligible for parole on April 19.

Trent Cody Collins, 27, is serving a five-year sentence at the Ester Unit for a 2022 conviction of fleeing and aggravated assault. According to court records, in 2019 Collins became involved in a domestic disturbance after he followed a woman fleeing from her aggressor, and used his vehicle to ram into hers on state Highway 26. Later that same year Collins would lead a deputy on a high speed chase on Red Hill Road between Zeagler Manufacturing and Misty Pine Lane off of Snyder Road, where he struck a tree stump, disabling his vehicle. Collins becomes eligible for parole on April 13.

Benjamin E. Cook, 44, is serving a five-year sentence at the Cummins Modular Unit for a 2022 conviction of third-degree domestic battery. In 2022 Cook, who had previous domestic battery convictions, struck a woman from behind, causing her to tall and strike her head on a concrete floor. Cook becomes eligible for parole on April April 7.

William Miller, 45, is serving a 13-year sentence at the East Arkansas Max Unit in Marianna for a 2022 conviction in Lincoln County of second-degree battery. In 2006 Miller was convicted in Clark County for theft by receiving. He has a lengthy history of violence and theft, with convictions dating to 2002. Miller becomes eligible for parole on April 10.

Demontray Neal, 30, is serving a four-year sentence at the Grimes Unit in Newport for a 2022 conviction in Miller County of terroristic threatening and tampering with physical evidence. Neal was convicted in 2013 in Clark County for possession of a controlled substance. He becomes eligible for parole on April 17.

Hutton Pettit, 29, is serving a 20-year sentence at the Varner Unit in Grady for a 2017 conviction of aggravated assault, residential burglary and theft of a firearm. In 2016 Pettit broke into a Gurdon residence and stole three firearms. He had been charged earlier that same year for putting a belt around a relative’s neck. Pettit becomes eligible for parole on April 13.
