The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Saturday, Nov. 27
Police opened a felony breaking or entering investigation.

Officers took a criminal mischief report involving a juvenile.

Friday, Nov. 26
1:22 p.m.
An O’Connell Street woman reported someone fraudulently used her bank card to make a single $687 purchase in Texas.

5:45 p.m.
A woman was arrested for third-degree domestic battery at the 2000 block of Elaine Circle, where officers were summoned for an altercation between family members.

9:32 p.m.
Officers took a report of mail theft from a man at the 1400 block of Martin Street. His home security system recorded a shirtless white male make off with the package.

Thursday, Nov. 25
2:28 a.m.
A Gurdon man was arrested at Big Red, 3005 Pine St. B, for driving while intoxicated following a parking lot accident.

4:07 p.m.
A Gurdon man reported losing his wallet, possibly at West Pine Exxon. He called the following morning to report he had found it.

9:59 p.m.
Officers arrested a man at a Cedar Grove Road residence for third-degree domestic battery following an altercation with his mother.

11:40 a.m.
A Caddo Street man reported losing his wallet at Walmart.

Sunday, Nov. 28
10:46 p.m.
An Edmond, Okla., man was arrested for third-degree domestic battery at a Black Gum Road residence following a disturbance between him and a female.

Wednesday, Nov. 24
8 p.m.
Deputies responded to a residence at East 4th Street, Okolona, for a disturbance involving a man and his mother.

Arrests

Wednesday, Nov. 24
Kody Olmedo, 26, was arrested by Gurdon police for third-degree do mestic battery.

Thursday, Nov. 25
Edgar Eliseo Garcia, 28, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for driving while intoxicated.
Jeremy Buck, 33, continued detention.
James McDaniel Sr., 58, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for driving while intoxicated.

Friday, Nov. 26
Dawn Allison Malone, 55, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for second-degree domestic battery.
Andy Bell, 60, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for two counts of aggravated assault.

Sunday, Nov. 28
Jeremy Roberson, 34, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for public intoxication, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, fleeing, resisting arrest and driving left of center.
