JNS Properties LLC purchased a 3,008 SF service garage on 0.87 acres on Unity Road in Arkadelphia for $240,000. The garage has been operated under the name Kuntz & Company. Previous owners Russell and Alison Stone bought the property in 2016 for $500,000.

Hannah Tarpley purchased a 1,506 SF frame siding home on 1.2 acres on Hancock Road in Amity for $143,500. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $143,500 through Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. Previous owner was Robbie Jean Hancock Revocable Trust. 

James and Linda Rollins purchased a 1,856 SF brick home on Leewood Drive in Arkadelphia for $200,000. Previous owners Edward and Eunice Akoto bought the property in 2013 for $159,000.

William Golleher and Cheryl Hestand purchased a 1,701 SF brick home on state Highway 51 South near its junction with Central Road for $135,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $140,000 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners were David and Sandra Clements.

Peeples Investments LLLP purchased 120 acres of timberland east of Davidson Campground Road for $136,000. The partnership is registered to Raymond Earl Peeples Jr. of Little Rock. Previous owner was the John Hobgood Trust.

Josh and Madison Culp purchased a 1,667 SF frame siding home on 2.82 acres on Malvern Road in Caddo Valley for $225,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $200,250 through Southern Bancorp. Previous owners Chase and Shelby Nowlin bought the property in 2015 for $148,000.

James and Donna Ezell purchased a 2,031 SF brick home on Evonshire Drive in Arkadelphia for $250,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $175,000 through Eagle Bank & Trust Co. Previous owners Leslie and Patsy Bartlett bought the property in 2012 for $139,500.

Justin and Lyndsey McGarran purchased a 1,792 SF frame siding home on Elaine Circle in Arkadelphia for $240,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $245,520 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners JMRW Properties LLC, whose registered manager is Richard Womack, bought the property in November 2022 for $114,000.

Roadside Properties LLC purchased the 154.85 acres that contain Timber Lodge Ranch in Amity for $2.25 million. Roadside is registered to Josef France of Roland. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $2,968,380 through First Service Bank. Previous owner M&R Camp TL Holdings LLC bought the property in 2021 for $2.15 million. Prior to that, Summit Properties bought the ranch in 2018 for $628,000.

Wayne and Lisa Heil purchased a 1,980 SF frame siding home and 3.12 acres on DeGray Road near its junction with Shady Grove Road for $287,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $258,300 through Eagle Bank & Trust Co.

Evan Cook purchased a 1,372 SF brick home on Druid Hills Drive in Arkadelphia for $161,000. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $162,626 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Joshua and Madison Culp bought the property in 2019 for $135,000.
