Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $1.35 million purchase of several homes off of Walnut Street to an out-of-state property management company. Riveter Investment Properties LLC of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, purchased four two-story single-family dwellings and a one-floor single-family dwelling at Carriage Place, in Arkadelphia, for $1,350,000. Previous owners Bobby and Dorinda Suitor bought the five homes, between 1998 and 2004, for a total of $423,500.
A second seven-figure transaction was recorded in the past two weeks. Argos US Forest Invest Reit LP bought 152.94 acres of pine timber south and along Manchester Road near its junction with Highway 7. The cost for the land was $1,248,000. Argos, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is registered to an Allison Brown, who filed for organization in July 2023. Previous owner was Piney Flatwoods LLC, based in Exeter, New Hampshire, whose filing status has been withdrawn. Piney purchased the land and timber in 2011 for $793,000.
For $375,000 Eric and Danielle Lewis bought a 3,048-SF frame siding home and 2.71 acres at Tracelwood Drive, in the DeGray community. Previous owners Mark and Ginger Overturf bought the property in 2017 for $129,000.
Faithful PCM LLC bought a 2,690-SF brick home and 2.37 acres at the 400 block of Mt. Zion Road, in the DeGray community, for $275,000. Faithful PCM is registered to a Carah Hanley, of Hot Springs. The property last sold in 2018 to Burgess and Kristy Burgess for $189,000.
For $250,000 Tonya Ledbetter bought a 2,170-SF brick home on Wilshire, in Arkadelphia. Previous owner Mary Francis bought the property for $165,000 in 2017.
James Spears bought a 1,867-SF brick home at the 1400 block of Wilson Street, in Arkadelphia, for $191,000. The property last sold in 2019 to Micah and Amory Hitt for $155,000.
For $153,000 Whitney Ivy purchased a 1,419-SF frame siding home on Kristin Lynn Drive, in Arkadelphia. Previous owners Collin and Jillian Battaglia bought the property for $106,000 in 2020.
Maria Fernando Carrillo Romero bought a 1,368-SF frame siding home on North 14th Street, in Arkadelphia, for $135,000. The property previous belonged to the estate of the late Donnie Graham.
