The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, March 9
Police investigated an aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a certain person. The report was sealed as a felony under investigation.

11:51 p.m.
Kevin L. Hearn, 36, was arrested at his 16th Street residence for third-degree domestic battery following a domestic disturbance with a female.

Wednesday, March 8
12:27 a.m.
Officers responded to Arkansas Motel, 807 Highway 67, for a physical altercation between brothers. No arrest was made as the aggressor had fled in their mother’s vehicle.

Police opened a felony case of possession of a defaced firearm.

Noon
Jerrica Sue Gray, 25, was arrested for terroristic threatening at Village Creek Apartments following verbal threats she allegedly made to officers who were in the area to seize a vehicle involved in a March 7 felony assault case.

Tuesday, March 7
Police opened a case of aggravated assault and sealed the report as a felony investigation.

Monday, March 6
Police opened an investigation of forgery.

9:20 a.m.
A Robin Lane woman reported the theft of her son’s bicycle.

10:14 a.m.
Officers responded to Stuckey’s, 3111 Pine St., for a report of terroristic threats made by a female who had worked there for a day.

Officers opened a felony case of aggravated assault.

1:48 p.m.
A woman reported someone used her personal information to open a credit card account and racked up $590 in debt.

3:23 p.m.
Rance Allan Hood, 63, of Delight, was arrested at Walmart for criminal trespass after an employee reported a banned customer was in the store.

9:56 p.m.
Rosalind Odette Smith, 54, of Dallas, was arrested at the train depot for public intoxication. An Amtrak conductor phoned police to report a passenger would be kicked off the train at the Arkadelphia stop for being argumentative with train staff. Smith told police she was ejected from the train because she had rejected a staffer who was flirting with her.

Tuesday, March 7
Timothy Jones, 22, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Christopher Prater, 24, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Timothy Davis, 32, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Wednesday, March 8
Charlotte Hunter, 50, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for aggravated assault.

Iree Young, 20, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for fleeing.

Thursday, March 9
Lori Cogburn, 49, was arrested for permitting the abuse of a minor.

Milton Nelson, 61, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for aggravated assault.
