Christopher D. Williams, 26, of 1506 Walnut St., was arrested for third-degree assault on a family or household member after police responded there for a physical disturbance involving Williams and a female.

A Tiger Mart Exxon clerk reported a gas drive-off.

2:34 p.m.
Police were called to the 500 block of South 8th Street for a report of stolen window frames. The scrap-able aluminum was valued at about $400.

8:53 p.m.
A clerk at the Caddo Street Dollar General reported two black males left the store without paying for nearly $400 in merchandise, including two cartons of cigarettes.

Friday, July 23
Zachary Lee Bridges, 31, of 1159 Columbia Rd., Magnolia, was arrested at 1523 Gresham St. for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and resisting arrest.
