Joe Morris Caddy, age 81, of Hot Springs, formerly of Sparkman, passed from this life on Thursday February 16, 2023, at CHI St. Vincent’s in Hot Springs. He was born on February 23, 1941, in Manning the son of the late Floyd Beryl and Marjorie Lea Caddy. Morris was of the Baptist faith. He worked in the Cable television industry for many years. Morris enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and traveling in his free time. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Jerry Caddy.

Morris is survived by his wife, Marie Presley Caddy of Hot Springs, two sons, Ricky Joe Caddy of Haughton, LA, and Johnny Gordon (Susan) of Sparkman, two daughters, Sherry Denise Amiri of Dallas, TX, and Kathy Kobe (Dave) of Sparkman, one sister, Patricia Waite of Lindale, TX, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday February 20, 2023, at Delamar Cemetery in Manning with Bro. James Guthrie and Bro. Scott Bates officiating.

Pallbearers are Steven Amiri, Dave Kobe, Sam May, Jeff Ford, Paul Robbins and Damon Daniels.
