Marc A. Meyer and Christy Ludwigs Tomlinson purchased a 1,607 SF brick home on Northridge Drive in Arkadelphia for $179,000. Previous owners David and Whitney Smith purchased the home in 2007 for $116,000.
The Arkansas State Highway Commission made three purchases on Red Hill Road and Highway 67/Walnut Street in Arkadelphia for land valued at more than $100,000. The sellers were Irwin and Lloydene Seale and William and Belinda Wright; James and Janie Allen; and Malone Supreme Angus Ranch Inc.
Brandon and Amanda Jester acquired a property in the area of Central Road and Jester Road for $103,000. Previous owners were Linda and Thurman Smith, David Jester, Randy Jester and Sandy Jester. The Dec. 28 transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $102,973 through Southern Bancorp.
The former US Bank on Main Street in Arkadelphia sold on Dec. 28 to Malone Real Estate LLC. The 9,298 SF two-story building sold for $350,000 by quitclaim deed.
Paul Wilson purchased a 1,400 SF frame siding home and an adjacent house lot on Hot Springs Drive in Caddo Valley for $165,000. The previous deed holder was Davis Living Trust. Financed with a mortgage of $166,666 through GMFS LLC, the Dec. 21 transaction was done by trustee’s warranty deed.
Phillip and Briana Freeman purchased a 1,436 SF frame siding home on South 26th Street in Arkadelphia for $172,300. The Freemans are financing the transaction with a mortgage of $175,757 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Brian and Lesley Irons purchased the home in 2020 for $157,000.
