The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, Dec. 29
11:28 a.m.
A woman reported being harassed by a known male suspect.
4:45 p.m.
A man reported damage to his vehicle at an unknown date and location.
Police opened an investigation into a breaking or entering and sealed the report as a felony case.
Wednesday, Dec. 28
9:18 p.m.
Officers responded to Walnut Street for a report of a man with a gun. The suspect was located at 19th and Walnut streets, where he resisted arrest as officers attempted to detain him. Two firearms and a knife were located on his person. The suspect, apparently off his medication, was detained and released into the care of a friend.

12:32 p.m.
A Benton, Louisiana, woman reported a fraudulent check was cashed at a local bank using her mother’s name.

7:48 a.m.
A man reported being threatened by a known male while walking near the suspect’s 11th Street residence.

3 p.m.
A Gresham Street woman reported finding an abandoned bicycle behind her residence.
Friday, Dec. 23
4:36 a.m.
Officers arrested a man at 19th and Pine streets for public intoxication. The arresting officer noted the suspect, unsteady on his feet, flagged him down in sub-freezing temperatures to inquire where he could find a cheap motel.
11:47 a.m.
A Main Street woman reported someone slashed two tires on her vehicle.
5:13 p.m.
A manager at Family Dollar, 1550 Pine St., reported a former employee stole $300 worth of merchandise by ringing up items as returns and pocketing the refunded money.

A 13th Street woman reported a trespasser in her yard.

Terrance Chunez Prince, 40, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for public intoxication.
Saturday, Dec. 24
Glenn Michael, 29, was arrested by Gurdon police for failure to appear.
Barney Humphries, 59, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for DWI.
Wednesday, Dec. 28
Jeremy Millikin, 31, was arrested and held for continued detention.
Lekenon Fields, 35, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for two counts of failure to appear.
Thursday, Dec. 29
Amy Nicole Scott, 43, was arrested for trespassing.
Cullen Ray Gulley, 24, was arrested for breaking or entering.
