Danielle and Stephen Watson purchased a 2,060 SF masonry and frame home on Carter Road in Arkadelphia for $225,000. The Dec. 13 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $202,500 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Jeremy and Merrilee Greer purchased the home for $178,000 in 2021.

Timothy and Stuart Tapson purchased a 2,202 SF brick home on Friendship Drive in Arkadelphia for $194,500. The Dec. 16 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $155,600 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Kory and Sheree Smith purchased the home for $157,000 in 2019.

Carter Brothers Fabrications acquired a 1,750 SF frame siding home and 5 acres of pasture on East Whelen Road in Gurdon for $185,000. The Dec. 16 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $185,000 through Community Bank of Louisiana. The deed was previously titled to Jimmy and Terri Carter.

JMRW Properties LLC purchased a 1,060 SF brick home on Hartford Drive in Arkadelphia for $280,000. Previous owner Stewart Properties purchased the home in 1998 for $184,000.

McMillan Land and Cattle LLC purchased land on Highway 51 in the area of Shiloh Road for $200,000 from previous owners James and Misty Wright, Anthony and Mindy Pomtree, Sue and Michael Humphries, Nancy and John Prentiss and Harriet Onstott.

Shalonda McCoy and Alvin Johnson purchased a 2,487 SF frame siding home on Pinnacle Drive in Arkadelphia for $318,000. The Dec. 7 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $312,240 through Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. Previous owners Jamie and Jordan Golden purchased the home in 2020 for $206,000.

5J Property Management LLC purchased 27 acres of timber on Frost Road in Caddo Valley for $165,000. The land is north of Pilot Travel Center and is dissected by Interstate 30, its southeastern most portion located southeast of the highway. 5J is financing the transaction with a mortgage of $203,476 through Southern Bancorp. Previous owner Richard Sturgis acquired the land in 2000 for $7,000.

Erika Roberts purchased a 1,728 SF frame siding home on Sylvia Street in Arkadelphia for $155,000. The Dec. 6 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $147,250 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Jason and Priscilla Hudnall purchased the home in 2017 for $120,000.

Rick and Deanna Frank purchased a 3,482 SF masonry and frame home and 4.71 acres on Walnut Street in Arkadelphia for $460,000. The Dec. 6 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $350,000 through Wells Fargo Bank. Previous owners Larry and Lorene Lomax purchased the home in 2006 for $315,000.

Hillbilly Properties purchased 80 acres of timber north of Kansas Road near its junction with Wallace Road for $165,000. The Dec. 6 transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $105,000 through Chambers Bank. Previous owner was McMillan Land and Cattle Trust.
