The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, Nov. 6
Police opened an investigation into a residential burglary and sealed the report as a felony case.

Police investigated a rape and sealed the report of a felony case.

Saturday, Nov. 5
12:20 p.m.
Officers responded to a welfare concern at a Cypress Court residence.

3:33 p.m.
Police arrested a man at a business on the 2700 block of Caddo Street for domestic battery and interfering with emergency communications.

Friday, Nov. 4
3:24 p.m.
Theft of a vehicle license plate was reported at a residence at South 25th Street Circle.

4:15 p.m.
Officers arrested a woman at Walmart for shoplifting.

Police investigated a second-degree battery and sealed the report as a felony case. Records on file at the jail indicate an arrest was made.

8:25 p.m.
A North 16th Street woman reported someone struck her parked vehicle and drove away without reporting it.

1 p.m.
A Welch Street woman reported an ex-lover violated the protection order she had against him.

A man reported being threatened on a property off of Highway 84, Amity.

Friday, Nov. 4
Jamie Biggs, 53, was arrested by Arkansas Highway Police for DWI.

Richard D. Garcia, 45, was arrested for hot checks.

Peter Jacob Pricop, 31, was arrested for public intoxication.

Corney Truemane Thomas, 32, was arrested by Caddo Valley police and held for another agency.

William Guerrero, 41, was arrested for failure to comply with terms of probation.

Octavio Saldana, 20, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for second-degree battery.

Hogan Mitchell, 26, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for third-degree domestic battery and interfering with emergency communications.

Mark Cain, 20, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for rape.

Sunday, Nov. 6
Mia Bowens, 44, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for DWI and speeding.

Robert Argo, 28, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for third-degree domestic battery.

Meranda Powell, 23, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for third-degree domestic battery.

Courtney Elon Berry, 35, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a warrant.
