An Clark County man faces charges of sexual misconduct that happened 16 years ago with a juvenile.

David Nolan McMahan, 61, of Amity, is being charged with second-degree sexual assault. McMahan was 45 at the time of the alleged misconduct. According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the Clark County Circuit Clerk’s Office, an investigator spoke with the victim, now 23, who said she was 7 years old when McMahan “pulled [her] into the bathroom” where he instructed her to remove her clothing and proceeded to touch her, according to the affidavit.

The affidavit notes also that McMahan instructed the victim to touch him during the act.
