The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, Sept. 22
8:06 p.m.
Mail theft was reported at a Creekwood Drive residence.

9:49 p.m.
Police arrested a man at his South 11th Street home for leaving the scene of an accident that occurred at Clay and South 12th streets. The man said he abandoned the vehicle and fled home because he was driving with a suspended license.

Wednesday, Sept. 21
10:25 a.m.
A North 20th Street woman reported being harassed by an unknown male.

11 a.m.
A South 23rd Street woman reported being involved in a car accident the previous afternoon at Pine and Walnut streets.

7:08 p.m.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife. The husband was arrested.

11:21 p.m.
Officers responded to a South 11th Street residence for a report of a theft that followed an altercation.

Wednesday, Sept. 21
7 p.m.
A Dogwood Drive resident reported a phone scam wherein the caller claimed he needed to serve a subpoena for a court case.

Arrests in Clark County

Wednesday, Sept. 21

Benjamin Dale Leal, 29, was arrested for failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver.

Blaine Stephen Bufford, 35, was arrested for failure to appear.

Johnny Lee Hale, 54, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for third-degree domestic battery.

Thursday, Sept. 22

Bryan NeGele Duncan, 32, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication.

Juan F. Grajales-Illas, 39, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Friday, Sept. 23

Teri Gail Lee, 50, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear, failure to comply and public intoxication.
