KIRBY — Students in Kirby were the recipients of free vision screenings recently thanks to an alumna who operates an optometry clinic in Pike County.

Dr. Mandi Ott and Maryann Naney from Glenwood Eye Care visited Kirby School District on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, and performed free vision screenings for students.

Ott is an alumna of Kirby Schools and is “always giving back to the community,” the school district said on social media.
