7:30 p.m.
Officers responded to Carpenter Hill Apartments, 670 S. 6th St., for an argument between a Housing Authority manager and a non-resident putting garbage in a Dumpster.
Wednesday, Aug. 10
4:03 p.m.
A resident of River Oaks Apartments, 3025 Twin Rivers Dr., reported a broken car window.
Tuesday, Aug. 9
Police opened a felony investigation into a residential burglary.
Monday, Aug. 8
11:32 a.m.
An officer responded to South Clark Street, where a tractor-trailer making a delivery in the area had snagged a utility line and pulled it down.
Officers worked a criminal mischief involving a juvenile.
2:48 p.m.
A South 25th Street woman reported two broken windows at her residence over the past two months.
3:05 p.m.
A Buck Lane woman reported the theft of an electric bicycle, described as a black and red EB7 folding e-bike.
Police opened a felony case of a suspicious fire.

Jacoby Alexander Wright, 34, was arrested by Arkadelphia police and held for continued detention.
