The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

3:17 p.m.
Officers responded to Dollar General, 1301 N. 10th St., for a report that a customer had attempted to pay for merchandise with a counterfeit $100 bill. When the clerk confronted the man and advised him the authorities would be called, he left the scene.
Monday, May 16
10:20 a.m.
A South 11th Street man reported his landlord had someone remove his property from his apartment prior to receiving any sort of notice of eviction. Among the items reported removed from the apartment were three televisions. The tenant was advised of civil procedures.
Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering to a vehicle involving a juvenile.

10:30 a.m.
Deputies took a report over the phone from a woman who said her ex-boyfriend had left several items in her house when they broke up in October. There were also back-and-forth threats between the two. She was advised of civil procedures.

Brian Cole Tackett, 30, continued detention.
Tuesday, May 17
Tabitha Baker, 31, was arrested on unlisted charges.
Shasta Monet Bolin, 41, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, speeding and refusal to submit.
