The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

2:40 p.m.
Walmart’s asset protection officer reported a couple completed a quick-change scam, earning $100 at a register on the evening of Feb. 4. The corporate office, he noted, is investigating the couple for collecting more than $35,000 in their scheme.

Wednesday, Feb. 23
11 a.m.
A man reported his neighbor’s cattle were roaming in his hay field on Davidson Campground Road.
Tuesday, Feb. 22
10:08 p.m.
Deputies responded to a quarrel between former lovers that occurred at the 200 block of Central Road. The female complainant said her ex-boyfriend kicked her car during the altercation, denting the driver’s door and breaking the sideview mirror.
Arrests
Wednesday, Feb. 23
Self Justice Allah, 50, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for possession of a firearm by a certain person and theft by receiving.
Kevin Gray, 36, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for possession of a defaced firearm, possession of a firearm by a certain person, fleeing and following too closely.
Christopher Fortson, 38, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for possession of a firearm by a certain person, theft by receiving, possession of a defaced firearm and fleeing.
Clifford Chambers, 34, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for theft by receiving.
Terrell A. Austin, 31, was arrested by Arkansas State Police and held for continued detention.
Thursday, Feb. 24
Wayne Kenny Trammel, 64, was arrested for a warrant.
