The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Sunday, Dec. 19
5:25 p.m.
Officers were summoned to Beene’s Towing & Recovery for a report of a man on the property after business hours. Police made contact with the suspect, who said he was searching the area for his lost phone.

Friday, Dec. 17
2:13 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence at the 1500 block of Gresham Street for a dispute between neighbors. The complainant reported a known male drove through her lawn, damaging the grass.

2:40 p.m.
Officers were summoned to 16th and Phillips street, where an 18-wheeler struck a phone line, pulling the line from its pole.

8:16 p.m.
Police responded to Elliston Place for a physical disturbance between a male and two females. The male reportedly yanked one of the female’s braids out during the struggle, then fled the scene. A police search for the man was unfruitful.

11:07 p.m.
Police arrested a woman at the 1400 block of Caddo Street for violating a no-contact order. Officers responded to 10th and Caddo streets for an altercation between the suspect and her estranged wife.

Saturday, Dec. 18
2:52 p.m.
Deputies arrested a Hot Springs man at Jeremy’s Sport Stop, 210 E. Thompson St., Amity, for public intoxication.

Friday, Dec. 17
7:45 a.m.
Deputies arrested a Hot Springs man at a Lambert Road, Amity, location for possession of methamphetamine.

10 a.m.
A Massey Road, Amity, man reported an unknown suspect spun circles on his property, damaging his driveway and lawn.

Arrests

Friday, Dec. 17
Warren L. Stiles, 53, continued detention.
Jeffery Smith, 40, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Lakonda Davis, 44, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for violation of a protection order.

Saturday, Dec. 18
Chloe Michelle Caskey, 24, was arrested for failure to comply.
Juan Lopez, 35, was arrested for public intoxication.

Sunday, Dec. 19
Jimmy Downs, 36, was arrested for failure to appear.
