The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Arkadelphia Police Department
Thursday, Nov. 18
Police opened a felony case.
Police opened a third-degree domestic battery case involving a juvenile.

10:20 a.m.
A man reported someone fraudulently used his debit card to make an online purchase for a piece of furniture at Walmart in Benton.
12:20 p.m.
Officers responded to Walmart’s parking lot for a report of a hit-and-run accident.
Wednesday, Nov. 17
Police opened a felony case of possession of a controlled substance-meth or cocaine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests
Thursday, Nov. 18
Jason Edward Lockwood, 46, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bobby Williams, 35, was arrested for failure to comply.
