The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Monday, Oct. 25
8:58 p.m.
A Main Street man reported terroristic threatening by a known male. The incident stemmed from unsolicited text messages from the suspect to the caller’s roommate and heightened with verbal threats. The suspect ultimately drove to confront the party and brandished a knife. Officers advised the complainant of warrant procedures.

Arrests

Monday, Oct. 25
Lance Fisher, 34, was arrested for a warrant.
Mikel Noel, 33, was arrested for (failure to appear) abuse of an adult and battery.
Joshua Rutherford, 39, continued detention.
Robert Pattengale, 28, continued detention.
Marcel Dominguez, 25, continued detention.

Tuesday, Oct. 26
Donald Ray Jones, 63, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.

Wednesday, Oct. 27
Sean Robbins, no age listed, continued detention.
Chris Robbins, no age listed, continued detention.
