The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department
Sunday, Oct. 10
Police opened a felony case of residential burglary and aggravated assault.
2:30 a.m.
Officers arrested a man for driving while intoxicated following a hit-and-run accident at 12th and Richardson streets. While searching for the suspect vehicle, the one who fled called police to turn himself in.

10:10 p.m.
A South 4th Street woman reported the theft of a push lawnmower from her carport.
Saturday, Oct. 9
6:56 a.m.
Officers arrested a man at South 29th Street and Mockingbird Lane for possession of marijuana. Police were called to that area for a report of a suspicious person loitering in the area.
Friday, Oct. 8
Police opened a felony case of financial identity fraud.
4:02 a.m.
Officers responded to the Walmart parking lot for a dispute between a man and woman. The man left prior to police arrival but was later located by Caddo Valley officers. He was arrested for an unrelated warrant.
9:30 a.m.
Officers were summoned to Carpenter Hill Apartments, where a resident reported damage to her vehicle. Police observed her rear window broken in several places, as well as damage on various other parts of the vehicle. The damage was possibly done by a known female suspect seen near the vehicle prior to police involvement.
3:28 p.m.
Police responded to the Clark County Detention Center to assist with an unruly inmate awaiting transport to another facility. The inmate’s attempt to resist being removed from his cell was unfruitful.

Friday, Oct. 8
Herman Knox, 58, was arrested by Caddo Valley police or driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit and disorderly conduct.
Gary Dean, 50, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a hold by another agency.
Mark A. Monagha, 32, was arrested for a warrant.
Thodis Pulliam, 25, was arrested for a warrant.
Saturday, Oct. 9
John Bloomfield, 46, was arrested by Arkansas State Parks for driving while intoxicated.
Travis Young, 32, was arrested for a warrant.
Desmond McDonald, 22, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for possession of a controlled substance and failure to comply.
Sunday, Oct. 10
Buddy Allan Anderson, 45, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for failure to appear.
Donova C. Martin, 20, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for driving under the influence and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Heavenly Gregory, 18, continued detention.
Eneciacya A. Davis, 33, continued detention.
Tony Ray Strandridge, 19, continued detention.
