ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita Baptist University football team has been ranked No. 19 and No. 17 in this week’s top 25 polls for NCAA Division II.

The Tigers (3-1) fell 11 spots to No. 19 in this week’s American Football Coaches Association Top 25 Poll, and dropped 10 spots to No. 17 in this week’s D2Football.com poll.

The drop out of the top 10 follows a 38-21 loss to Harding (3-1) on the road this past Saturday. Harding is now ranked No. 23 by the AFCA and No. 14 by D2Football.com.

Also receiving recognition this week from the Great American Conference is Henderson State (4-0), coming in at No. 13 in the AFCA poll. Southeastern Oklahoma State (4-0) is receiving votes this week in the AFCA poll.

The Tigers look to rebound this Saturday against Northwestern Oklahoma State (0-4) for Homecoming. Kickoff is set for noon at Cliff Harris Stadium.
