The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Saturday, Jan. 28
7:58 a.m.
Officers responded to a South 11th Street residence for a domestic disturbance between an unmarried couple. No arrest was made. The boyfriend agreed to gather his belongings and leave.
8:30 a.m.
A man at Southview Apartments, 650 S. 5th St., reported someone broke into his unlocked vehicle and stole a pair of shoes and a bottle of cologne.
10:12 a.m.
Officers responded to a Thompson Road residence for a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife. The husband was taken into custody.
Police worked a case of first-degree criminal mischief and sealed the report as a felony investigation.
Friday, Jan. 27
9:27 a.m.
A woman reported receiving a harassing FaceTime call and text messages from an unknown number.
10:39 a.m.
A Country Club Road man reported someone threw a rock through the back glass of his pickup truck. Officers were provided a neighbor’s video that captured the incident.
4:15 p.m.
A man reported the theft of his Apple Air Pods, which he suspected had been stolen while he was at Third Street Baptist Church. At the time he phoned police he had tracked them as being at Walmart, but was told to call back when he could trace them at a smaller place.
Police worked a case of arson and sealed the report as a felony inevstigation.
Police opened a case of a runaway juvenile and sealed the report.
6:08 p.m.
An officer stood by as a Walmart loss prevention officer issued no-trespass paperwork to a banned shopper. The shopper left the scene without further incident. The report did not specify why he was banned.

Bobby Holliman, 47, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Saturday, Jan. 28
Joseph Brewer, 25, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for third-degree domestic battery and endangering the welfare of a minor.
