The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department
Tuesday, Sept. 21
Police opened a case of obstructing governmental operations involving a juvenile.
Police opened a felony case of second-degree domestic battery.
7:15 a.m.
Officers were summoned to College Inn, where a trespasser was causing a disturbance. Upon police arrival, the man grabbed his belongings and left without incident, telling officers he was going to the flower shop.
Monday, Sept. 20
5:13 p.m.
The owner of College Inn requested officers to remove a trespasser. An hour and a half later, police were called to Ouachita Village Apartments, where the same man was knocking on doors. They arrived to find him sitting in a chair on a porch and instructed him to leave.
5:15 p.m.
A woman in an apartment complex at the 200 block of North 20th Street reported the theft of pain medication from her hallway table, possibly by a neighbor upstairs.
Arrests
Monday, Sept. 20
Hunter Fulton, 26, was arrested for bond revocation.
Tuesday, Sept. 21
Rudisha Williams, 33, continued detention.
Wednesday, Sept. 22
Chloe Caskey, 24, was arrested for public intoxication.
Brandy Holmes, 38, was arrested for probation violation.
