One person is injured after falling out of a truck and being struck by an 18-wheeler on Interstate 30 in Clark County.
Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson said Saturday the victim — whose identity was not released — was struck by a semi. The Caddo Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the 78 mile-marker of I-30 at 9 p.m. for a report that someone had fallen out of a truck and struck by an 18-wheeler.
Watson said Arkansas State Police are on scene and that LifeNet is transporting the injured person to a nearby hospital. The sheriff said the injured person is not local.
