WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, Sept. 7, U.S. Rep. Bruce Westerman (AR-04) will begin a Coffee with Your Congressman tour of the Fourth District to discuss recent events in Washington, D.C. and around the world, address constituents’ concerns, and answer questions.

Westerman’s Arkadelphia stop will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dawson Education Cooperative Building 7, 802 Main St.

Topics include: the Biden Administration’s handling of the U.S.’ withdrawal from Afghanistan, the budget recently passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, the upcoming infrastructure and reconciliation packages, and local issues.

That afternoon Westerman will participate in a tour of a UPS facility in Texarkana before making a final stop that day for another Coffee With Your Congressman event at the Texarkana Convention Center, 5200 Convention Plaza Dr.

Coffee With Your Congressman will resume in Columbia County on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 9:30 a.m.  at the South Arkansas University Alumni Center, 1 Butler Circle, Magnolia. This leg of Westerman’s tour will conclude in Union County at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, 111 W. Main St.
