Plans call for a traffic light to be added at Professional Park Drive once that street is extended out to meet Pine Street when the bypass is constructed.
Residents are advised to use Carter Road to North 10th Street or Elrod Boulevard to North 10th Street as a detour until the bridge is reopened.
