The top exchange in the past two weeks is the $260,000 sale of Okolona pastureland. Mary Hobgood’s Boswell Cattle Co. Inc. is buying 79 acres west of and adjacent to Arkansas Highway 51 and south of the Boswell Road junction. The acreage joins existing properties owned by Boswell Cattle Co. Seller is Jerry Whitley, of Benton, who bought the land in 2025 for $249,000.
In Amity, a 2,400-SF warehouse at the corner of West Thompson and South Mountain streets sold for $195,000. Buyer is Hill Street MHP LLC, based in Amity and registered to Jeremy and Sheila Carroll. Seller is Travis Lewis, who bought the property in 2013 for $23,000.
Joseph Gagliani and Christopher Mullins are buying a 1,984-SF brick home at the 2000 block of Elaine Circle, Arkadelphia, for $171,000. Sellers Kenneth and Sadie Morrison, of Hot Springs, bought the place in 2024 for $120,000.
By way of mortgagee’s deed and for the consideration of $130,762, Onity Mortgage Corp. acquired a 1,920-SF brick home at the 900 block of North 26th Street, Arkadelphia. Phillip and Kim Jones agreed to purchase the home for $205,000 in 2022.
