Elendel Buck, who served 33 years at the Arkadelphia Police Department, celebrated his 94th birthday Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
Buck started his decades-long law enforcement career in 1959. Buck worked his way up in the ranks to become assistant police chief. Buck retired from the department in 1993.
