Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $437,000 sale of a 2,116-SF home on a 10-acre spread in Gurdon. Nicholas and D’Andra Esser bought the Stevenson Road property from Robyn and Robert McDowell, of Four Oaks, North Carolina. The McDowells bought the land-only for $20,000 in 2002.
A pair of homes at the 200 block of North 24th Street, Arkadelphia, sold for $265,000 to L2 Realty LLC. Former owners Roger and Barbara (aka Barbee) Ward bought the properties in 2005 for $80,000. L2 Realty is registered to Lori Ross, of Arkadelphia. In the same neighborhood, L2 Realty also bought a 832-SF home and two adjacent lots at the 2400 block of Barkman Street for $105,000 from Judy Dumonte’s KerBopple Properties Inc.
For $245,000 William Buxton Jr. and Sherry Philbeck, of Hot Springs, are buying a 1,967-SF brick home at the 2200 block of Northridge Drive, Arkadelphia. Former owner Robbie McKinnon, of Roanoke, Texas, bought the place in 2007 for $212,000.
In Amity, Justin and Amy Garrett are buying 113 S. Main St., home of Slate Rock Brewing, for $230,000. The 2,000-SF space is on a property that includes a total of three lots. Former owner was Glenwood-based HTC Ventures LLC, registered to Cheyenne Moseley. HTC Ventures bought the place in 2023 for $60,000.
In a $222,500 deal ATX Eat LLC is buying a 1,930-SF brick-and-frame home on Lexington Circle, Arkadelphia. Former owner is Becky Morgan, of Fayetteville, ATX Eat is registered to Brian Blackman, of Fayetteville. The Morgans bought the home in 2020 for $152,000.
In Manchester, Danny Gillard Jr. is buying a 1,520-SF home at the 200 block of Church Drive for $220,000. Brooke and Charlie (Montgomery) Properties LLC bought the place in September 2025 for $115,000.
Terry and Vicki Hughes, et al, sold a 1,265-SF brick home at the 100 block of Leewood Drive, Arkadelphia, for $169,000. Buyer is Alexander Metcalf. The Hughes family bought the property in 2012 for $106,000.
Keetha Eckert is buying a 961-SF home at the 1800 block of Sylvia Street, Arkadelphia, for $160,000. Former owners William Davis and Raven Wells, of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, bought the property in 2024 for $157,000.
Cielo and Cynthia Castro are buying a 1,800-SF brick home at the 600 block of South 7th Street, Arkadelphia, for $148,500. Former owners Zebadiah and Ashton Barrett, of Camden, bought the place in 2021 for $130,000.
By way of mortgagee’s deed, JP Morgan Chase Bank acquired a 1,905-SF brick home at the 1400 block of Welch Street from Kyle and Laquita Jones for $146,031.
In a $140,000 deal Roy and Vester May, of Okolona, are buying 52 acres of timber from Griffin Timberland Investments LLC. The property sits south of Arkansas Highway 26 and adjoins the Vesters’ existing property.
Christine Goodson is buying a 1,250-SF brick home at the 2300 block of Walnut Street, Arkadelphia, for $140,000. Former owners are Russell and Laurie Hathcock, of Alexander. The Hathcock family bought the property in 2008 for $80,000.
Miquavious Todd and Kacie Hendrix are buying a 1,276-SF home at the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Arkadelphia for $137,800. Previous owner is Karen Hart/Bobbie Jo Vaughan, who bought the place in 2023 for $115,000.
By way of mortgagee’s deed, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. acquired a 1,452-SF brick home at the 300 block of North 14th Street from Dustany and Edward Scott for $129,716.
In a $118,000 deal, David and Melissa Rogers are buying 60 acres of mixed timber and pasture south of Darby Road, in the Manchester community. Previous owner is James McCaskill, of Benton.
By way of mortgagee’s deed, Rocket Mortgage acquired a 1,854-SF brick home at the 1500 block of Pine Manor Drive from Brandi Spelbring and Kenneth Robinson for $111,650.
By way of mortgagee’s deed, Village Capital & Investment LLC acquired a 2,176-SF mobile home at the 200 block of Deceiper Hill Road, in the DeGray community, from Christopher and Angela Gray for $102,173.
