For $276,500 Amanda and William Chiabotta bought a 2,103-SF home on Canterbury Lane, in the DeGray community. The property last sold in 2021 to Mason and Christy Robinson, of Lonsdale, for $209,000.
Traci Larussa, of Okolona, bought a 1,472-SF home and 2 acres at the 1900 block of Southfork Road, near Gurdon, for $207,500. Seller Danny Wagner, of Keithville, Louisiana, bought the place in 2025 for $190,000.
Off of Haretown Road northwest of Okolona, 117 acres of timber sold to Dakota and Megan Campbell, of Prescott, for $202,611. Seller is Clint Cornelius, also of Prescott. Cornelius sold another 73 acres of timber, also off of Haretown Road, to Samuel and Nancy Traham Revocable Trust, of Mustang, Oklahoma, for $125,120.
In Arkadelphia, Lisa Hill Rentals LLC bought a 1,970-SF home at the 600 block of North 14th Street for $200,000. Lisa Hill Rentals is registered to Lisa Austin, of Arkadelphia, with Jonathan Huber named as registered agent. Selling the property is HRP & BME Partnership; signing off on the deed was William Elrod and Jonathan Huber. HRP & BME bought the property in 2006 for $36,000.
John and Patrice DeGray, of Grasston, Montana, bought 32 acres of mixed timber and pasture on Francis Road for $160,000. Sellers are Charles and Susan Manning, of Little Rock. The Mannings bought the property in 2021 for $118,000.
Alex Biddle bought a 1,288-SF home at the 1900 block of Center Street, Arkadelphia, for $160,000. Seller is MV Construction & Handyman Inc., registered to Raul Martinez, of Arkadelphia.
Florencio Parras and Summer Cole, of Post Falls, Idaho, bought a 2,136-SF home on a 1/2 acre at the 1700 block of Bowen Hill Road, Gurdon. Sellers are Kyle and Misty Rowan, who bought the place in 2021 for $100,000.
Matthew Holt bought a 1,570-SF brick home at the 900 block of Seahorn Street, Gurdon, for $115,000. Sellers are Dylan and Aleah Fallin, of Donaldson.
