In the fifth day since Winter Storm Fern swept across Arkansas and surrounding states, some major highways are still being affected by the wintry precipitation that left the region covered in white.
The Arkansas Department of Transportation’s online map showed Wednesday, Jan. 28, which roads are still being affected to some degree by snow, sleet or ice.
