The Arkadelphia Public School District is asking voters to support the millage so it can take advantage of a $19 million pledge from state partnership funding to begin construction in summer 2026, with an estimated completion ahead of the 2027 fall semester.

Early voting in the special election began Tuesday, Nov. 12, and runs each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Arkadelphia Recreation Center, 2555 Twin Rivers Dr. The election takes place Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Rec Center with polls open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
