Hal Bass to address Clark County Democrats on Sept. 3

Dr. Hal Bass, political commentator and professor emeritus of political science at Ouachita Baptist University, will be the featured speaker at the Sept. 3, 2025, meeting of the Clark County Democratic Women’s Committee. The meeting takes place at noon at the Clark County Democratic Headquarters, 1030 Village Dr., Arkadelphia.

In recognition of Constitution Day on Sept. 17, the topic of Bass’s presentation will be “The U.S. Constitution and 47.”
