An Ogden, Arkansas, man died in an all terrain vehicle (ATV) crash in Ashdown. The collision happened Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025.
According to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary, Dequintus Dontrell Rhone, 43, was westbound on a 2019 Yamaha ATV, traveling on Little River County Road 23/Pine Prairie Road near its intersection with US Highway 71 when he left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Rhone was ejected from the ATV. His body was transported to Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown.
Investigating State Trooper Ian Nelson noted clear skies and dry roads at the time of the crash, which happened at about 4:33 p.m.
