July 4th events in Arkadelphia: Fireworks, Farmer’s Market

Residents and visitors to the Arkadelphia area are in for a star-spangled lineup of events for Independence Day celebrations.

Here are the July 4th, 2025, events we’re aware of:

Dazzle at DeGray

The annual fireworks show at DeGray Lake, dubbed Dazzle at DeGray, promises to be the largest display in the event’s history in 2025.

Beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, July 4, spectators will be treated to a booming array of colorful explosions shot skyward from the Lakeview area and visible from multiple locations along the shores of DeGray. This free event draws in droves of folks to the lake.

This year, spectators will be allowed to view the fireworks from the DeGray Dam, located on Skyline Drive. To accommodate this, a portion of Skyline Drive will be closed beginning at 8 p.m., with the westbound lane available for parking in a single-file line and the eastbound closed to thru traffic. Channel Road will be used as a detour.

Beginning at 6 p.m. free parking will be available at the spillway recreation area and at the Corps of Engineers Visitors Center.

Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs; pop-up tents or other items that skew the view will not be allowed. Visitors will not be allowed to walk on the dam until 8 p.m.

Main Street Farmer’s Market

On Saturday morning, July 5, the second of three Main Street Farmer’s Market events will line the streets of downtown Arkadelphia.

From 7-11 a.m. shop for fresh produce, homemade goods, unique apparel and more.

There will be vendors from the Clark County Farmer’s Market and booths from local businesses, as well as food trucks serving breakfast items and specialty beverages.

Celebration on The Ridge

More fireworks, food and fun are to be had Saturday evening for the third annual Celebration on The Ridge, held at 200 Cub Trail, home to Suttle Ridge at DeGray.

From 7-10 p.m. this free event includes yard games, music and a fireworks show. Food will be available for purchase by Bakes by Bree and Three-Seven Catering.

The fireworks show will start around 9:20 p.m.

Donations will be accepted to benefit the Suttle Cares Foundation and DeGray Volunteer Fire Department.
