Larry Spradlin, born on December 29, 1947, in Okolona, Arkansas, passed away on May 17, 2025, at his home in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Larry was the child of Dan and Marie Spradlin, who preceded him in death.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Kimberly Spradlin and Stacey Morrison, his son Jeff Spradlin and daughter-in-law Sabrina Spradlin. Larry’s grandchildren – Tyler and Kasey Spradlin, Reid Spradlin and Ross Spradlin – carry forward his memory with pride. He also held a special place in his heart for bonus grandchildren Jordan Morrison, Alyson Stinnett and Kagon Morrison. The joy of great-grandchildren Rhett and Wesson Spradlin, Wyatt Boyer and Kenlea Stinnett added another cherished chapter to Larry’s life.
Larry is also survived by siblings Libby Sutton, Bonnie Johnson and Danny Spradlin along with a host of nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved very much.
Larry retired from Alcoa International. He liked hunting, fishing and working in the yard. Larry loved spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday May 22, 2025, at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
