Arkadelphia student earns honors at Mississippi community college

BOONEVILLE, Mississippi — Northeast Mississippi Community College named 517 students to its distinguished Vice President’s List. The students achieved a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5-3.9 on a 4.0 scale for the 2024 Fall semester.

Included in the list are representatives from 89 different cities, towns and communities across the U.S.

Joining the over 500 individuals on the Vice President’s List at Northeast was Holtz Denver Helms of Arkadelphia.

In total, the university’s sphere of influence touched 111 different cities, towns and communities across the U.S. with scholars hailing from five different states and two other countries.
