Ronald Dewayne Coleman, age 76, of Amity, passed from this life on Monday, November 11, 2024, at the Arkansas Extended Care Unit at CHI in Hot Springs. He was born April 5, 1948, in Glenwood, the son of the late William Edward and Hillary Mae Garrett Coleman.
Ronald was a retired Log Cutter for Arvin Lindsey Logging. He was of the Baptist Faith. Ronald enjoyed music, hunting and fishing in his free time.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Roy Coleman, two sisters, Debbie Dant and Edwina Coulson.
Ronald is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Linda Coleman of Amity, one son, James Coleman (Karen) of Amity, two daughters, Lisa Coleman Denner (Roland) of Franklin, TN and Stephanie Coleman Holt (Gary) of Glenwood, one brother, Billy Coleman of Nacogdoches, TX, five grandchildren, Tyler Coleman, Dustin Hill, Amanda Lambert, Madie Hill and Amber Coleman, three great-grandchildren, McKenzie Henthorn, Levi Lambert and Maggie Cook.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Jones Cemetery at Amity with Bro. Bruce Tidwell officiating.
Visitation is private.
Memorials may be made to Jones Cemetery Fund.
Pallbearers are Dustin Hill, Brian Cook, Tyler Coleman, Timmy Kuykendall, Gary Holt and Roland Denner.
Honorary pallbearers are the granddaughters and the staff of Arkansas Extended Care Unit at CHI in Hot Springs.
