Lowell and Maria Vitangcol bought the property at the 13000 block of Highway 8 West that includes a 1,662-SF brick home. Previous owners Robert and Volha Stockford bought the property in 2022 for $270,000.
The Howard Cox Family Trust sold its 2,663-SF brick home and 2 acres on Canterbury Lane, in the DeGray community, for $225,000 to Christopher and Hailie Unruh.
For $205,000 Russell and Karen Moore bought a 1,440-SF brick home and 5 acres of pasture on Gin Road, in the Curtis community, from Melinda and Frances Callaway.
Cody and Lexis Cagle purchased a 1,668-SF brick home at the 1700 block of Creekwood Drive, Arkadelphia, for $200,000. Previous owners Elizabeth and Zachary Greason bought the place in 2021 for $187,000.
Angela Stevenson sold her 1,301-SF frame siding home at the 1400 block of O’Connell Street, Arkadelphia, to Richard Johnson and Macy Brown for $170,000. The property last changed hands in 2022, when it sold for $55,000.
For $130,000 Emily Sullins bought a 1,228-SF brick home at the 600 block of South 24th Street, Arkadelphia. Previous owner Donna Morehead bought the place for $99,000 in 2023.
Finishing off this real estate report is the $105,000 sale of 31.22 acres of timber, east of and adjacent to Central Road, in the Shiloh community. McMillan Land and Cattle Trust, c/o Dewey McMillan, bought the property from Bird Dog Timber LLC, which is registered to Walter May.
