Malvern woman enters plea after giving man wild ride on car hood: magnoliareporter.com

Amariyon Caradine, 25, of Malvern, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault Thursday for driving her car near highway speeds last July 26 with a man hanging onto the hood.

Cardine received the opportunity to go into the Alternative Sentencing Program which seals her criminal record. Also in Circuit Court on Thursday, the charge against Caradine for the possession of marijuana was dropped.

Deputy Prosecutor Daren Nelson said Magnolia Police Deputy Jeffrey Scott was observing traffic at the intersection of U.S. 371 North approaching the intersection of Arkansas 98E with a man hanging off the hood of a vehicle.
