Jonathan and Kristi Seals purchased a 1,828-SF brick home on Forrest Park Drive, Arkadelphia, for $210,000. Previous owners William and Nancy Summar bought the home for $120,000 in 2004. The Seals sold $180,000 worth of timber acreage on Terrell Road to the Houston, Texas-based GKB Interests, a limited liability company registered to Abby Maroon. The company now owns more than 341 acres in that range of Clark County.
For $179,500 Mark and Julie Albee bought a 2,717-SF brick home on North 26th Street, Arkadelphia. The property last sold in 1990 to J. and Charlotte Furqueron for $101,000.
Blevin Boyd and Shannon Bailey purchased 10.71 acres on Still Creek Road, in the DeGray area, for $160,000. Previous owners Martin and Kim Skorcz bought the property for $44,000 in 2022.
