Rev. Johnnie Harris presented a check for $300 to Peake Principal Mary Snowden on behalf of the Pi Nu Lambda Graduate Chapter of Alpha Phi Fraternity.

The money is designated for the school backpack program to send food home with students for the weekend when they don’t have the opportunity to eat breakfast and lunch at school.

Harris was accompanied by his wife, Linda. They are both retired educators.
