2023 Clark County Fair: Rabbits, poultry and giant watermelon/pumpkin weigh-in
The 2023 Clark County Fair in Arkadelphia is on; here are the winners from some early contests
Chad Breshears is the winner of the Giant Watermelon Weigh-in with a 166-pound melon.
Giant Watermelon runners-up are Mollee and Johnny Manning, who grew a massive 140-pound watermelon.
Giant Pumpkin winner went to Brady Daniell, whose gourd weighed in at 27 pounds.
The runner-up in that category is Mason Wright, shown here with the 24-pound pumpkin he grew.
The Clark County Fair Parade starts at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023, on Main Street in downtown Arkadelphia. Police Chief Jason “Shorty” Jackson and his department are asking the public not to park their vehicles on the parade route.
Best of Show in the Poultry division was awarded to Georgia Stockton.
Brady Daniell takes home Best of Show in the Breeding Rabbit category.
