Greg Allen Easter, age 72, of Arkadelphia, AR passed from this earth on August 22, 2023. He was born on March 2, 1951 to his parents, Darrell Easter and Zoean Kitelinger in Portland, Oregon.

Greg worked many years for Baptist Health Hospital in Malvern as a security guard. He was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall in Caddo Valley. He loved serving others and would give to others anything he was capable of giving with no questions asked. Greg was a master craftsman in woodwork. He loved carving wood and creating meaningful wooden sculptures for the ones he loves.

Greg leaves behind his loving wife, Lyndia Jean Easter of Arkadelphia, son Bruce Savage of Magnet Cove and his wife Kelly, son David Bartlett of Hot Springs and his wife Michelle, son Gregory Ashworth of Hot Springs and his wife Christiana, son Roy Hill Jr. of Arkadelphia and his wife Tonya Hill, daughter Tammy McMichael of Gurdon, and daughter Kathy and Ron Teague of Magnet Cove. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren who love him very much. He leaves behind his brothers, Butch Ashworth and Delbert Ashworth (Rosemary) of San Antonio, Texas. Last but not least, his special fur princess, Snickers.

Greg is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bill Ashworth of Silsbee, TX, and his best friend and fur baby, Sarge Easter.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 25, at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Arkadelphia.
