A bidder raises his number at an auction held Thursday on the campus of Henderson State University. The Arkansas Commissioner of Lands held an auction of about 200 tax-delinquent properties from Clark, Dallas, Nevada and Ouachita counties. The auction attracted about 100 bidders.
