Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the sale of a medical clinic at 2906 Cypress Dr., which sold to Alan Ronska for $600,000. Previous owner is Collazo Holding Company-Arkadelphia LLC, registered to Mel Collazo. The business operating in the 4,604-SF clinic is Collazo & Hodge Ortho.

For $630,000 Justin and Allyson Griffin bought a 2,825-SF frame siding home on 16.85 acres of mixed timber and pasture at the 900 block of Unity Road in the DeGray community. Previous owners John and Kristin Brandon bought the property in 2019 for $195,000.

Floyd and Carmen Clark purchased a 3,094-SF frame siding home at the 200 block of North Park Drive, in Arkadelphia, for $363,500. Previous owners Rene and Brooke Zimny bought the property in 2018 for $230,000.

For $227,500 Joshua and Kassandra Thompson bought a 2,464-SF frame siding home on 3.39 acres at Rolling Hills Road near the Richwoods community. Previous owners Brannon and Bailey Rogers bought the property in 2019 for $50,000.

Jonathan Barham purchased a 1,568-SF brick home at the 700 block of South 22nd Street, in Arkadelphia, for $155,000. Previous owners Mattie Neel Revocable Trust bought the property in 1987 for $51,000.

For $155,000 Roland and Pamela McNeil bought a 1,248-SF frame siding home and 3 acres at the 1100 block of Helms Road. Previous owner was Erma Smith.

Richard and Sarah Schumacher purchased 34.69 acres of mixed timber and pasture and a 512-SF dwelling at the 500 block of Richwoods Road, in the Richwoods community, for $150,000. Previous owners Theodore and Cindy Huneycutt bought the property in 2021 for $66,000.

For $125,000 Shawn Jarrett and Sierra Adams bought 21.2 acres of timber west of Highway 53 and south of Clarence Road, in Gurdon. Previous owners Jeffrey and Mindy McNeal paid $35,000 when they bought the property in 2014.
