The Arkadelphia Public School District announced Monday, May 1, that each of its four school campuses has been selected to participate, during the 2023-24 school year, in two dedicated support service projects through the Arkansas Department of Education.
Perritt Primary School and Arkadelphia High School have been accepted as part of Arkansas Behavior Support Specialist BX3 Project Cohort 4. Peake Elementary School and Goza Middle School have been chosen by the Arkansas Department of Education Office of Special Projects to participate in the 2023-24 Professional Learning Communities (PLC) Project.
“I am extremely proud of the work that our staff has already done and the continued work that they are committing to undertake to move our students forward,” said Arkadelphia Superintendent Nikki Thomas. “This dedicated support will enhance and build upon the great things that are already happening and will help us in our efforts as we strategically and thoughtfully align our work in order to address the unique academic needs of all of our students.”
