Ted Tigue and Alexis Bates purchased a 1,301 SF frame siding home on the 700 block of Pine Street in Arkadelphia for $105,000. Previous owners Dorin and Eugenia Esanu purchased the property in 2022 for $20,000.
McKenzie Farms Trucking & Excavating LLC purchased an 18-acre sawmill site on Old Wheels Road in Gurdon for $350,000. Mike McKenzie of Gurdon is named as the registered agent of McKenzie Farms. Previous owners were Hot Spring County Lumber Co. and Anthony Timberlands Inc.

Smitty’s Sport Stop Inc. purchased a gas station (Jeremy’s One Stop) on Highway 8/Thompson Street in Amity for $800,000. Smitty’s is registered to James Mitchell of Arkadelphia. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $450,000 through Southern Bancorp. Previous owner was Jeremy Gould.
MDC Box 1 LLC purchased a 6,000 SF commercial building (formerly Aaron’s) on Pine Street in Arkadelphia for $372,482. That foreign limited liability company’s organizer and vice president is listed as Bianca Martinez. Previous owner was ARCP AN Arkadelphia AR LLC, a foreign limited liability company registered to “CT” of Little Rock, whose manager is listed as Cole Reit Management V LLC.
Nicolas Megee purchased a 2,042 SF brick home on Magnolia Drive in Arkadelphia for $266,500. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $266,500 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owners Nina Uprety and Deepak Pant purchased the home in 2021 for $229,000.
The Oklahoma City-based JJMTC LLC purchased a drive-in restaurant (Sonic Drive-In) in Arkadelphia for $800,000. JJMTC LLC is registered to Thomas Collins. Previous owners were Mark Van Dorn and Mark Peterson.

The company is registered to Randy Haynes of Little Rock. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $296,000 through First State Bank. Previous owner was Milestone Properties SK LLC, which is registered to Brandon Stone of Malvern.
