Friday, March 24
4:18 a.m.
Floriberto Gutierrez-Vasquez, 33, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at a residence at the 1400 block of Evans Street for third-degree domestic battery following a report that he attacked his sleeping brother.

12:29 a.m.
An Elliston Place Apartments woman reported a bullet was found in a flat tire she had gotten repaired.
Wednesday, March 22
9:05 a.m.
A man reported a delayed parking lot accident that likely happened at Walmart.
11:51 a.m.
An Evans Street man reported someone used his debit card information to make three fraudulent online transactions totaling $100.
5:21 p.m.
Officers responded to an apartment complex at 2601 Country Club Road, where a resident pointed out a vehicle that had been riddled with bullet holes. Officers located at least three bullet holes and learned the vehicle’s registered owner was a Lark Place woman who apparently had abandoned the vehicle due to tire trouble.
7:13 p.m.
Kevin Jamar Mitchell, 34, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at Family Dollar’s parking lot for driving with a suspended license. Mitchell was initially pulled over for speeding 15 mph above the posted limit.
Tuesday, March 21
1:34 a.m.
A North 24th Street woman reported someone, likely a known suspect, drove by and broke out her car windshield. Officers determined the culprit had struck the window with the butt-end of a pistol as they located pieces of a magazine and live rounds inside the damaged area.
7:19 a.m.
A Village Drive woman reported damage to her car window, possibly caused the day before by someone operating a weed trimmer.
11:47 a.m.
A Pearland, Texas, woman reported she had located her stolen gooseneck trailer parked outside a Carpenter Street residence. After investigating the matter, the trailer was ultimately seized and towed to an Arkadelphia shop.
Officers worked a case of domestic battery involving a juvenile.
9:35 p.m.
A Vilonia woman reported someone in Arkadelphia — likely the woman living with her estranged husband — used her information to apply for a credit card.
11:30 p.m.
Officers responded to Elliston Place Apartments, 222 N. 20th St., for numerous reports of gunshots. They probed a parking lot to find seven spent shell casings on the east side of the complex, scattered from the north entrance to south entrance.

A South 27th Street woman reported the theft of her door camera.
2:45 p.m.
A Clinton Street woman reported her estranged lover had violated the no-contact order she had filed against him.
10:26 p.m.
A Clinton Street man reported a known female stole $300 from him.

5:27 p.m.
Brad Thomas Ciszewski, 40, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested for public intoxication at the 3000 block of Highway 26, where a resident phoned to report a drunk person parked outside her home.
Monday, March 20
8:54 p.m.
William Joaquin Jordan, 45, of Arkadelphia, was arrested at a Jordan Road residence for public intoxication, third-degree domestic battery, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental operations. Deputies were summoned to the residence for a report of a domestic disturbance between relatives.

Shawn Weiner, 49, was arrested for failure to comply with parole.
Sheldon Calloway, 27, was held for continued detention.
Wednesday, March 22
Jordan Golden, 35, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for filing a false report.
Larry Wilson, 70, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a warrant and held for continued detention.
James Short, 40, was arrested for failure to comply with conditions of probation.
Adrian Thrower, 30, was arrested for failure to appear.
Thursday, March 23
Kimariya Williamson, 23, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Austin Steelman, 29, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for DWI, resisting arrest, failure to maintain control of a vehicle and driving without headlights.
Herbert Whyte, 67, was arrested for failure to appear and driving with a suspended license.
